Effective Friday, February 2, 2024 at 3:00 p.m., Coleman County Appraisal District will be unable to accept online payments or credit card payments. No payments made after February 2, will show as paid in our system or online.
We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with the website while we convert our records to a new software vendor. Our Property Search is down but should be reactivated by the end of March.
Payments must be made by cash or by check in person or by mail. Our mailing address is PO Box 914, Coleman, TX 76834.

Coleman CAD has an agreement with Tyler Payments to provide its customers with automated credit card and electronic check payment services. Tyler Payments will charge you a convenience fee for this service, which you will be notified of before you complete your payment. Coleman CAD does not receive any portion of this convenience fee. Please note that the Coleman CAD will post your payment following notification from Tyler Payments. This may take up to one business day. The amount below does not include property fees. Please access your account to see all property fees and taxes due. If you wish to continue, enter your desired payment amount in the box provided. Then click on the Pay My Bills button and you will be directed to the Tyler Payments website.
